Are my payment details secure? Yes. Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your information at checkout, and we're never able to see or store your full card number — only your billing and shipping details, order information, and the last 4 digits of your card. How long do I have to return a product? You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

What are your delivery times? Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday). After dispatch, transit takes around 4–9 business days, for a total delivery time of roughly 6–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or weather. How do I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you tracking details by email so you can follow its progress. If you haven't received tracking information, contact us at support@8tilierstudios.com and we'll help.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase.

Where do you ship? We currently ship throughout the United States. Certain items or areas may be subject to carrier or regional restrictions; see our Shipping Policy for details.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect? Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately at support@8tilierstudios.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong product. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we'll work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
