We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including the shipping label.

To start a return, contact us at support@8tilierstudios.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to us via email at support@8tilierstudios.com. Please note that we are unable to cancel or edit orders after they have been processed and are in transit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or used. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please get in touch before sending it back.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new one.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
